The Museon has five (5) departments:

• Geology - Stones, minerals and fossils form the thread in the exhibit on the origin of our planet, geological processes and the beginning of life on earth.
  -The Museon has some exquisite fossils, such as one fish eating another fish, ammonites of every size and petrified wood in all colours of the rainbow.

The five (5) sections of the Museon are linked together by a permanent Exhibition entitled "From Nebula to Mankind."
